This scale model of an 18th century .62 caliber flintlock pistol is the only one like it in the world. It was carved, cast and assembled in NYC. This was the weapon of choice ( if you could get your hands on one ) for brigands of the high seas during the Golden Age of Piracy. It was also much sought after during the American revolutionary war. This particular piece is modeled after the hefty German .62. Prussian (Hessian) officers on both sides of the conflict carried these including General Von Stueben who drilled the continental army into shape at Valley Forge.
The hammer moves back and forth freely. The details are very sharp. I think it's the best one out there frankly. You may choose a bronze stock with silver barrel and lock($100) or all silver ($120).
Specs : 2 inches long from the bail to the muzzle tip. 53mm.
