Silver mermaid necklace original carving

 This lovely mermaid pendant is an original piece designed and cast in NYC. It is a Blue Bayer Design exclusive. She is an inch and a half in length. She hangs from a free swinging bail on an 18 inch gunmetal chain. You may request another length up to 24 inches if you like.
I cast her in purified recycled sterling silver sourced from a 100% green metal company.
This piece is a collaboration with my life long friend, fellow sculptor and special effects master Jason Bakutis. Jason was the guy who taught me how to make my first mold on a crow skull in an RV in Florida. We have a lot of road miles together.
The mermaid is done in a flowing Art Nouveau style. She is holding a sailor's skull. I have to say after having a look at what is available in mermaid jewelry this one sets a new mark.
Recently there have been a series of mermaid sightings in Israel and South Africa. They seem fairly credible to me.
As with all my pieces, this one comes gift boxed and carefully packed.
